1. Registration fees

Registration fee payment

  • Registration is valid only after payment of the appropriate fee. Upon receiving your registration and payment, we will send you a confirmation and an invoice. Certificate of attendance can be supplied on demand from our staff.

Cancellation

  • Before 20 May 2008 an administration amount of 40 € will be charged; between 20 May 2008 and 15 June 2008, 30% of the registration fees will be charged. After 15 June 2008 no refund will be possible. Substitutions may be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the conference without charge.

Modification

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of 8 €.

Cancellation

Before 20 May 2008, an amount of 8 € will be charged; between 20 May 2008 and 15 June 2008, the equivalent of one night will be charged; after 15 June 2008, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

Payment of accommodation deposit

All accommodation requested must be accompanied by payment of the cost of the hotel indicated as 1st choice

Balance due

Balance due should be paid when receiving the invoice from Alpha Visa Congrès / CPO 2008 before the conference.
