Registration fees include:
- admission to all conference sessions,
- conference bag: memory stick with abstracts and conference programme,
- welcome cocktail,
- lunch boxes,
- coffee-breaks.
Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 16 January 2015, a € 10 administrative fee will be charged - Between 16 January and 16 February 2015, 50% of the registration fees will be charged; after 16 February 2015, no refund will be carried out.
Hotel reservation
Payment
Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 16 January 2015, a € 10 administrative fee will be charged - Between 16 January and 16 February 2015, the equivalent of one night will be charged - After 16 February 2015, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
