Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to fsd5@alphavisa.com before the meeting.

Before 31 May 2015, a 10 % cancellation fees will be retained - Between 1 June and 31 July 2015, 50% of the registration fees will be charged; after 31 July 2015, no refund will be carried out.
Hotel reservation
Payment
Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of the total number of nights.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to fsd5@alphavisa.com One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.

Between 31 May and 31 July 2015, a € 10 administrative fee will be retained - Between 31 July and 15 August 2015, the equivalent of one night will be charged - After 15 August 2015, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
