Registration for the Erwinia workshop - 5 & 6 June 2010

Cancellation

  • Before 15 April 2010, an administration amount of € 10 will be charged; between 15 April 2010 and 15 May 2010, 30 % of the registration fees will be charged; after 15 May 2010 no refund will be possible. Substitutions may be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the conference without charge.

Registration fees and payment

  • Upon receipt of this form and of your payment, we will issue a confirmation of registration and an invoice. If full payment has not been received before the start of the conference, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival. Only public bodies are authorised post-event payment via government money order, but the present form must be returned with an official purchase order.

Modification

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 8

Cancellation

For all cancellations made before 15 April 2010, a fee of € 8 will be charged; between 15 April 2010 and 5 May 2010 the equivalent of one night will be charged; after 5 May 2010, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

Payment

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a deposit equal to the price of one night in the first choice of hotels, with balance due upon receipt of the invoice from Alpha Visa Congrès / ICPPB 2010.
