Cancellation

  • Before July 15, 2010, an administration fee of € 50 will be charged; after July 15, 2010 no refund will be carried out. Substitutions may be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the conference without charge.

Registration fees payment

  • Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment. Upon receipt of this form and of your payment, we will issue a confirmation of registration and an invoice. In cases where full payment has not been received before the start of the conference, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival. Only public bodies are authorised post-event payment via government money order, but the present form must be returned with an official purchase order.
  • Certificates of attendance can be issued upon request, and will be delivered by our hostesses on site.

4. Hotel booking

Selected hotels list

The following hotels have been selected for the ISCB 2010 conference and are available at the following special conference rates. These prices (per room, per night) include bed and continental breakfast, hotel service charges and government taxes.

As Montpellier is one of the biggest tourist destinations in the region, we advise you to book your hotel through Alpha Visa Congrès as soon as possible.

The conference will be held in the conference hall of Montpellier SupAgro international center of higher education in agronomical sciences. Montpellier SupAgro is situated at approximately 2 kilometers from the town centre and can be reached using two bus lines:

  • Bus line #16, Direction "Euromédecine", bus stop "Pierre Viala"
  • Bus line #6, Direction "Professeur J. Blayac", bus stop "Erables".

At peak hours there is a bus every 10 minutes.
Montpellier SupAgro can be equally reached using bus line "La Ronde", bus stop "Louis Ravas", that connects to the tram line #1 at tram station "Saint Eloi".
It takes about 10 to 15 min to travel from the town centre to Montpellier SupAgro.

Modification

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Before 1 July 2010, an amount of € 10 per registration will be charged - Between 1 July and 1 August 2010, the equivalent of one night will be charged
- After 1 August 2010, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

Payment

All accommodation requested must be accompanied by payment of one night of the hotel indicated as 1st choice.

Balance due

Balance due should be paid before the conference when receiving the invoice from Alpha Visa Congrès / ISCB 2010.
