Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the conference opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to ppp@alphavisa.com before the conference.
Cancellation must be made in writing to ppp@alphavisa.com.
Before 05/02/2018, 10% of the registration fees will be charged; between 05/02/2018 and 26/02/2018, 50 % of the registration fee will be charged; after 26/02/2018 no refund will be carried out. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the congress.
Hotel reservation
Payment
Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of the total number of nights.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to ppp@alphavisa.com.
One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to ppp@alphavisa.com.
Before 05/02/2018, a fee of € 10 will be charged; between 05/02/2018 and 26/02/2018 the equivalent of one night will be charged; after 26/02/2018 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
