SP35 - Modelisation / IA

Integrating AI and models to elucidate infectious and microbial dynamics

This session aims to bring together researchers at the interface of biology and quantitative sciences to explore how modeling and artificial intelligence advance our understanding of infectious and microbial systems. It welcomes contributions from virology, immunology, microbiology, mathematics, and systems biology, addressing the dynamics of pathogens and microbial communities across scales, from within-host processes to population-level epidemics, with a particular focus on the integration of data, mechanistic models, and artificial intelligence and machine learning methods.
