This session will combine computational models, multi-omics approaches with cutting-edge experimental techniques to provide new insights into microbial interactions, ecosystem functioning, and environmental health. Abstracts with a strong focus on, (but not limited to), community structure, function and/or horizontal gene transfer are encouraged.
