Registration fees include:
- participation in all scientific sessions,
- meeting documents,
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- 5 lunches,
- 8 coffee breaks,
- welcome cocktail on Monday 5 June,
- conference dinner on Wednesday 7 June,
- scientific visits on Friday 9 June,
- VAT: 10%.

Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Sorghum 2023 before the meeting.

Up to 60 days before the event : 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event : 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event : no refund will be made.
Hotel reservation
Payment
All accommodation requests must be sent with full payment of hotel nights.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Sorghum 2023.
One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Sorghum 2023.
From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
