Payment and cancellation conditions
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of this form and your payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Between 1 and 15 September 2014, 30% of the registration fees will be charged. After 16 September 2014, no refund will be carried out.
