Registration for the Agroforestry 2019 World Congress

⁽¹⁾ A copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès

Registration fees include:

• access to all congress sessions,
• congress abstract book (pdf),
• 3 lunches and 6 coffee breaks,
• welcome drink on 19 May,
• cultural evening on 22 May,
• VAT: 20%.

Field-trips registration

1-day field-trip - Thursday 23 May - 09:00 to 18:00

2-day field-trip

Registration fees for participants and accompanying person(s) include:

• transportation,
• technical visits,
• lunch(es),
• dinner(s) (for 2-day field-trips),
• accommodation in a single, a double or a twin room, including breakfast
  (for 2-day field-trips).

Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Agroforestry 2019 before the congress.

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Agroforestry 2019.

Before 1 March 2019, 10% cancellation fees will be charged. Between 1 March and 1 May 2019, 50% of the registration fees will be charged. After 1 May 2019, no refund will be carried out.

Hotel reservation

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of the total number of nights in the hotel indicated as first choice.

The hotel reservation shall be cancelled if full payment has not been received by 1 March 2019.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Agroforestry 2019.

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Agroforestry 2019.

Before 1 March 2019, a € 10 administrative fee will be charged. Between 1 March and 25 April 2019, the equivalent of one night will be charged. After 25 April 2019, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
