Pre-Conference 1
1. Unsupervised Analyses in Multiparametric Cytometry
Co-facilitators: Alexia ALFARO (Gustave Roussy Institute, Paris, France) &
Olivier MOLENDI-COSTE (Lille Pasteur Institute, Lille, France)
Workshop Objectives:
The aim of this workshop will be to cover computerized assistance to high-content cytometry data unsupervised analysis, from QC to dimension reduction and clustering. To this purpose, we will use the OmiQ online software.
- Understand unsupervised analysis methods/pipeline;
- Implement an analysis methodology;
- Perform data quality control and batch correction prior to analysis (PeacoQC, CytoBatchNorm, etc.).
Participant Prerequisites: Regular practice of cytometry.
Number of Participants: Maximum of 15 (workshop will open with a minimum of 4 participants).
Target Audience: Open to all (technicians, engineers, students, and researchers working with cytometry).
Practical Details: The workshop will be conducted in English.
Type of Instrumentation Used: OMIQ software.
