(1) Members of any of the following societies: AFC or SIC.
(2) To benefit from reduced registration fees, become a member of the AFC or SIC now.
(3) To benefit from the student rate, you must join the AFC. We invite you to join AFC free of charge.
For students under 30 only (please send a certificate of school attendance or a copy of the current year's student card by e-mail to Alpha Visa Congrès).
*VAT will be applied on these fees for French Registration only (10% VAT).
Registration fees include:
- Participation in the scientific program,
- Congress materials,
- Pre-conference Workshops,
- Access to the commercial exhibition,
- Welcome cocktail,
- 3 lunches,
- Coffee breaks.
The Gala dinner is not included in the fee. An extra € 37 is required to reserve a place.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION
Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration confirmation email. It includes all the useful information about the event and the corresponding invoice. All confirmed registrations are due.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Cytometry 2026 before the meeting.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.
Hotel reservation
Payment
All accommodation requests must be sent with full payment of hotel nights.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Cytometry 2026.
One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Cytometry 2026.
From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
