(1) A copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès / Harlan III - 2019.
Registration fees include:
- admission to all symposium sessions,
- symposium documents,
- welcome cocktail,
- 6 coffee breaks,
- 4 lunches.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust excursions in case of bad weather, or other reason beyond his control.

Grant available for developing countries participants
- Grant possibility for participants from the South.
- Eligibility criteria: to come from a developing country.
- Amount granted: registration and participation fees covered, for a maximum amount of € 1.000.

Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Harlan III - 2019 before the congress.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.
Hotel reservation
Payment
Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Harlan III - 2019.
One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Harlan III - 2019.
From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
