Registration fees include:
- participation in all scientific sessions,
- congress documents,
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- welcome cocktail on Wednesday 29 May,
- conference dinner on Thursday 30 May,
- lunches,
- coffee breaks,
- VAT: 10%.
Apply for a SFRRE grant
In order to help students with limited resources to attend the 16th International Conference on Reactive Oxygen and Nitrogen Species in Plants to be held in Antibes, France, from 29 to 31 May 2024, the Society for Free Radical Research Europe will be awarding grants.
The grant will be use to pay part of the registration fees.
To benefit from this grant, you need to apply by sending a written request (in PDF) explaining why you need the grant and what you would gain from attending the conference.

Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration confirmation email. It includes all the useful information about the event and the corresponding invoice. All confirmed registrations are due.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / POG 2024 before the congress.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.
Hotel reservation
Payment
Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / POG 2024.
One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / POG 2024.
From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
