Instructions for abstract
INTRODUCTION
The submission includes:
- Choice of abstract type;
- Identification of theme and/or session using a drop-down menu;
- Contact details for the author presenting the paper;
- Contact details of the first author and co-authors;
- Abstract title;
- The body of the abstract;
- Introduction and Objectives,
- Materials and Methods,
- Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
- Keywords;
- References (optional).
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Those wishing to present an oral paper are invited to send a summary of their presentation to abstract:
- Oral presentations will last 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of discussion.
- Official language: French / English.
- Word count: 300 maximum.
- Tables and other illustrations are not accepted for online submission.
- Practical information will be e-mailed to you upon acceptance of your abstract.

POSTER
- Official language: French / English.
- Word count: 300 maximum.
- Tables and other illustrations are not accepted for online submission.
- Poster dimensions:
- Maximum poster size: (width) 95 x (height) 120 cm,
- Format: portrait.
- Font size:
- Title: minimum 80-100 points,
- Text: minimum 24 points (approx. 5 mm).
- Poster boards and accessories necessary to display posters will be supplied at the venue.
- Practical information on the organization of the poster sessions will be sent to you in due course acceptance of your abstract.

FOR INVITED SPEAKER
- Presentations will last 30-35 minutes, with 10-15 minutes for discussion, for a total of 45 minutes.
- Official language: French / English.
- Word count: 300 maximum.
