Registration for the first edition of ViRAE

(1) Limited number of Twin rooms, priority to first requests.
Registration fees include:
- accommodation for 2 nights,
- participation in all scientific sessions,
- conference documents,
- entrance to the exhibition area,
- coffee breaks,
- 2 lunches,
- dinner on Monday 6 October,
- gala dinner on Tuesday 7 October,
- VAT: 20%.
Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration confirmation email. It includes all the useful information about the event and the corresponding invoice. All confirmed registrations are due.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ViRAE 2025 before the meeting.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.
