Registration fees

Registration for the ISRFG 2016 Symposium

Registration fees include:

• admission to all symposium sessions
• symposium documents
• welcome aperitif
• coffee breaks
• 3 lunches
• conference dinner
• VAT 20%

Field trip registration

Payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the conference opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the conference.

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.

Before 30 June 2016 10% cancellation fees will be retained; between 1 July and 31 August 2016, 50% of the registration fees will be charged; after 31 August 2016, no refund will be carried out

Hotel reservation

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of the total number of nights in the hotel indicated as first choice.

The hotel reservation shall be cancelled if full payment has not been received by 31 August 2016.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.

Between 30 June and 31 July 2016, € 10 administrative charge will be retained; between 31 July and 31 August 2016, the equivalent of one night will be charged; after 31 August 2016, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged
