Registration fees

Registration for the online 28^th Conference ASIC 2021

Online conference registration fees include:

• watching all recorded sessions,
• e-posters viewing,
• book of abstracts (PDF),
• access to the recorded talks and e-posters sessions.

Registration for the face-to-face 28^th Conference ASIC 2021

⁽¹⁾ A copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2021.

Face-to-face registration fees include:

• watching all recorded sessions,
• e-posters viewing,
• book of abstracts (PDF),
• access to the recorded talks and e-posters sessions,
• welcome cocktail,
• 7 coffee-breaks,
• 4 lunches,
• conference dinner.

Financial support program for online participation only

The procedure for selecting candidates for this financial assistance program will be as follows:

• Applicants must submit an abstract for the ASIC 2021 conference.
  Funding is awarded based on the quality of scientific research, as described in the abstract (see below).
  Priority will be given to participants who will present an oral presentation.
• Potential future participants will express their wish to be supported during their online registration and after submitting their
    abstract.
• The ASIC 2021 Scientific Committee will decide who will be elected for such support and forward the information to the local organizing committee for follow-up.

Procedure

Applicants should send an e-mail to Mr. Thierry Joët: thierry.joet@ird.fr with the following information:

• attached summary (the summary must also be sent via the  online form)
• a short CV (maximum 1 page)
• few relevant publications

Important dates

• Deadline for submission of fellowships with abstracts (oral or poster): 1^st March 2021
• Deadline for acceptance of the award: 31 March 2021
• Notification of acceptance to abstract authors (oral or poster): from 31 March 2021

Payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the conference opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2021 before the conference.

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2021.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.

Hotel reservation

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2021.

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2021.

From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
