An optional visit to the Cientro de Ciencia de Café (Campo Maior) and to Evora (World Heritage City), both located in Alentejo, will be available.
Centro de Ciência do Café (CCC), Campo Maior
The Coffee Science Center (CCC) is a modern space aiming to promote the science and sustainability associated with coffee, from origin to cup, by providing historical, technical and scientific information and interactive activities. Visitors will be enrolled on a journey along the entire coffee production and processing chain for about 1h-1.30h.
In this visit the participants will have the opportunity to enjoy interactive exhibitions about the history, production and science of coffee, experience a sensory route of aromas and flavors, and explore areas of augmented reality and immersive projections, making a stop at the end in the cafeteria and the thematic store.
