Registration fees

  REGISTRATION FOR THE ONLINE 31^th CONFERENCE ASIC 2027

Online conference registration fees include:

• watching all recorded sessions,
• e-posters viewing,
• book of abstracts (PDF),
• access to the recorded talks and e-posters sessions.

  REGISTRATION FOR THE FACE-TO-FACE 31^th CONFERENCE ASIC 2027

⁽¹⁾ Please note that the schedule for our registration forms is based on the Western European Time (WET).

⁽²⁾ A copy of your school certificate or your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2027.

Registration fees include:

• participation in all scientific sessions,
• entrance to the exhibition area,
• meeting documents,
• welcome drink,
• 7 coffee-breaks,
• 3 lunches,
• 1 conference lunch.

  REGISTRATION FOR THE ACCOMPANYING PERSON

Accompanying person registration fees include:

• 3 lunches,
• 1 conference lunch.

  PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Registration

Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration confirmation email. It includes all the useful information about the event and the corresponding invoice. All confirmed registrations are due.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2027 before the conference.

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2027.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.

Hotel reservation

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2027.

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2027.

From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
