Instructions for abstract submission
Oral presentation
- Deadline for abstract submission: 15 March 2015.
- The official language of the meeting is English.
- Typing instructions:
- 2,500 characters maximum, including spaces,
- no figures or tables,
- please indicate: Introduction/Objective, Materials and methods, Results and conclusions. - Oral communications will be short 10 minutes slots.
- For presenting authors, practical information and presentation format will be e-mailed to you upon acceptance of your abstract.
Poster presentation
- Deadline for abstract submission: 15 March 2015.
- Posters should be written in English.
- Typing instructions:
- 2,500 characters maximum, including spaces,
- no figures or tables,
- please indicate: Introduction/Objective, Materials and methods, Results and conclusions. - Poster dimensions: height, 120 cm; width, 90 cm. Poster boards and accessories necessary to display posters will be supplied at the venue.
- Practical information will be e-mailed to you upon acceptance of your abstract for poster presentation.
