Instructions for abstract submission

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The meeting's official language is English. Please submit your abstract accordingly, specifying your preferred presentation format (short oral presentation or poster) and the conference theme your work aligns with.

Deadline for abstract submission: 15 February 2026

Notification of Acceptation: 15 April 2026

• The meeting official language is English. Please submit your abstract accordingly.
• Typing instructions:
  • 2,500 characters maximum, including spaces,
  • no figures or tables

For short oral communications

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts for oral presentations and confirm the presentation type and scientific theme. Abstracts not selected for oral contribution will automatically be assigned to the poster sessions.

We will notify all contributors of the outcome of their submissions, along with details for the short talk (10-20 minutes including questions), once the Scientific Committee has finalized the meeting program.

For poster presentations

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and will confirm/reject your poster.

• Maximum poster size should be adapted to the format: Portrait - A0: 118,9 cm (height) x 84,1 cm (width).
  Poster boards and accessories necessary to display posters will be supplied at the venue.
• Posters must be presented during dedicated sessions, but be on display for the duration of the whole conference. To facilitate scientific exchange, we recommend that you stand not far from your poster during coffee breaks.

For Keynote Speakers

Keynote talks will be presented during 40-45 minutes long including 10 minutes for questions.
