Registration for Technological Workshop

Thursday 1^st December from 09:30 to 17:30

⁽¹⁾ For students under 30 only (a student status proof for 2015-16 must be provided to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting by e-mail to Alpha Visa Congrès).

VAT: 20%

Registration fees include:

• Workshop documents,
• Welcome coffee,
• Lunch.

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting.

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.

Before 21/09/2016, 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 21/09/2016 and 28/10/2016, 50% of the registration fees will be charged - after 28/10/2016, no refund will be carried out.
