Registration for the Symposium ecopa 2018

⁽¹⁾ Copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès / Ecopa 2018.

Registration fees include:

• admission to all conference sessions,
• conference documents,
• coffee breaks,
• lunches.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the symposium opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / Ecopa 2018 before the symposium.

60 days before the event, 10% of the registration fees will be charged - 30 days before the event, 50% of the registration fees will be charged - 15 days before the event, no refund will be carried out.
