Registration will close strictly on October 1st, 2026. No registrations will be accepted after this date.
(1) A proof of student status for 2025-26 must be provided to Alpha Visa Congrès / ICAHS 2026 before the meeting.
Registration fees include
- participation in all scientific sessions,
- coffee breaks,
- lunches,
- welcome cocktail,
- conference dinner.

Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ICAHS 2026 before the meeting.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.
