Registration fees

Registration for iCROPM 2020 Symposium

⁽¹⁾ A copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès / iCROPM 2020.

Registration fees include:

• admission to all symposium sessions,
• symposium book of abstracts (pdf) and documents,
• 3 lunches
• 6 coffee breaks,
• social dinner on Tuesday 4 February,
• VAT 20%.

Side-meetings registration - 6 and 7 February 2020

Satellite workshops and training courses on modelling will be organized on 6 and 7 February 2020 in Montpellier (at Agropolis Montpellier) by various research groups/teams (STICS model seminar, etc.), projects (Crops in silico, etc.), initiatives (AgMIP exercises, etc.) and courses (“Working with crop models”, etc.). Each side-meeting will have a specific duration that will be announced in due course.

Description, duration and registration will be available by September 2019.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / iCROPM 2020 before the congress.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.

Hotel reservation

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / iCROPM 2020.

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / iCROPM 2020.

From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
