Registration for the Workshop

Payment and cancellation conditions
Registration
Payment
Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.
In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.
Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès before the meeting.
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 21/09/2016, 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 21/09/2016 and 28/10/2016, 50% of the registration fees will be charged - after 28/10/2016, no refund will be carried out.
Hotel reservation
Payment
All accommodation requeste must be sent with full payment of hotel nights.
Modification
Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
One change is allowed without charge. Any other modification incurs a surcharge of € 10.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès.
Before 21/09/2016 a fee of € 10 will be charged; between 21/09/2016 and 28/10/2016 the equivalent of one night will be charged; after 28/10/2016, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
