Registration for the online 29^th Conference ASIC 2023

Online conference registration fees include:

• watching all recorded sessions,
• e-posters viewing,
• book of abstracts (PDF),
• access to the recorded talks and e-posters sessions.

Registration for the face-to-face 29^th Conference ASIC 2023

⁽¹⁾ A copy of your student card must be sent to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2023.

Registration fees include:

• participation in all scientific sessions,
• entrance to the exhibition area,
• meeting documents,
• welcome cocktail,
• 7 coffee-breaks,
• 4 lunches.

Registration for the Conference Field Trip to Buon Ma Thuot - From 14 to 16 September

Field Trip price includes (provisional):

• A/C bus vehicle throughout the tour program,
• All meals as indicated in the program,
• 2 night stay at the Muong Thanh Luxury Buon Ma Thuot Hotel 5* with buffet breakfast and wifi,
• English speaking tour guide throughout program,
• Bottled water on bus and 1 soft drink or water every main meal,
• Arrangement for visit to WASI (local base),
• Entrance ticket to Buon Ma Thuot Museum and World Coffee Museum,
• Travel insurance fee.

Field Trip price excludes:

• Round trip domestic ticket to and from Buon Ma Thuot city,
• In room services such as telephone, laundry, minibar…,
• Others not mentioned in the program,
• Tips and gratitude to tour guide and driver (not compulsory).

Payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

Payment

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and an invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the conference opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2023 before the conference.

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2023.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.

Hotel reservation

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2023.

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / ASIC 2023.

From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
