Instructions for abstract submission
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and will confirm the type of presentation (oral communication or poster), and scientific theme and/or session retained.
Abstracts selected for an oral presentation will have a presentation time of 15 minutes, followed by a Q&A session.

Deadline for abstract submission: 28 February 2026
Notification of Acceptation: during April 2026
- The conference official language is English. Please submit your abstract accordingly.
- Typing instructions of the abstracts:
- The abstract must contain between 300 to 400 words, (title and affiliations not included) and be a single paragraph.
- State clearly the objectives, materials and methods, results and conclusions of the study.
- Do not include figures and tables.
- Write the names of species in italics.
- Include 5 keywords.

For poster presentations
- Maximum poster size should be adapted to the format: Portrait - A0: 118,9 cm (height) x 84,1 cm (width).
Poster boards and accessories necessary to display posters will be supplied at the venue. - Posters be on display for the duration of the whole conference. To facilitate scientific exchange, we recommend that you stand not far from your poster during coffee breaks.
