REGISTRATION FOR THE 21^th NATIONAL CONGRESS OF THE SFM

Registration fees include:

• participation in all scientific sessions,
• congress documents,

• welcome reception on Wednesday 7 October,
• conference dinner on Thursday 8 October,
• lunches,
• coffee breaks,
• VAT: 10%.

SPECIAL REGISTRATION

For Junior Doctors and interns refining their knowledge in Medical Biology with the option of infectious agents or interns enrolled in the DES in Infectious and Tropical Pathology

A free entrance to the congress is offered to interns, including:

• participation in all scientific sessions,
• congress documents,
• entrance to the exhibition area,
• welcome reception on Wednesday 7 October,
• conference dinner on Thursday 8 October,
• lunches,
• coffee breaks.

To register as an intern, please send the following proofs by email to sfm@alphavisa.com:

• For Junior Doctors and interns refining their knowledge in Medical Biology, Infectious Agents option: proof of SFM membership and certificate from the Junior Doctor coordinator.
• For Infectious Diseases interns: proof of SPILF membership and certificate of the Infectious Diseases coordinator.

Upon receipt and control of these proofs, we will send you the registration link specific to interns.

Registration deadline: Friday 4 September 2026.

Limited places available: 30 places offered to the first 30 registrants.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Registration

Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration confirmation email. It includes all the useful information about the event and the corresponding invoice. All confirmed registrations are due.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the congress opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French administrations are authorized post-event payment provided that the registration form is returned with an official purchase order.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made without charge by writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / SFM 2026 before the congress.

Up to 60 days before the event: 10% of the registration fees will be charged - between 59 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be charged - less than 29 days before the event: no refund will be made.

HOTEL RESERVATION

Payment

Any accommodation request must be sent with payment of one night in the hotel indicated as first choice.

Modification

Any modification must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / SFM 2026.

One change of reservation is allowed, each further modification incurs an additional charge of € 10.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing to Alpha Visa Congrès / SFM 2026.

From 90 days prior to the date of arrival, one night will be charged. From 45 days and less prior to the date of arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
