Instructions for abstract submission
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Deadline for Abstract submission: March 13th 2026.
- The conference official language is English.
If you need help with preparing your abstract and poster/presentation in English, please see here. - Maximum 250 words (title not included).
- Authors are encouraged to structure their abstracts as follows: (1) Introduction and Objectives; (2) Materials and Methods; (3) Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
To promote inclusivity, all submitted abstracts will be accepted for presentation.
The Scientific Committee will review each abstract to determine the most suitable format - poster, flash talk, or regular talk - and assign it to the appropriate scientific session.
POSTERS
Posters should be A0 size and in portrait format. Please ensure your poster is printed in advance and brought with you to the conference.
The official poster session will take place on Tuesday, 30 June, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. However, posters may remain on display throughout the entire conference.
FLASH TALKS
Flash talks should be 5 minutes long in total. They will be delivered in the main amphitheatre, immediately following a plenary session. However, there will be no question session following individual presentations.
REGULAR TALKS
Each talk will be allocated a 15-minute slot. To allow time for questions and discussion, please keep your presentation to 10–12 minutes.
Slides must be uploaded prior to the conference so they can be pre-loaded onto the appropriate room’s computer before each session.
Further instructions will be sent directly to presenters ahead of the conference.
