To support our international colleagues in the visa application process, we are pleased to confirm that all submitted abstracts will be accepted.
The Scientific Committee will determine the presentation format - poster, flash talk, or regular talk - for each submission.

• Citizens of the ‘Schengen area’, citizens from the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland citizens from 60 more countries listed in Annex II of the Schengen list do not require a visa to enter and travel in France:

We strongly encourage you to contact our secretariat, Alpha Visa Congrès / EFP 2026, as early as possible to request an official certificate of participation to the EFP conference.

Visa procedures can take a considerable time in France, particularly depending on your country of residence.
Therefore, we strongly recommend starting your visa application process well in advance-ideally at least six months before the conference. Early registration will help ensure you have sufficient time to complete your application and make travel arrangements.
