  PRIMATOLOGISTS FROM EUROPE

FUNDING STRATEGY

• The EFP travel grant will cover registration fees, accommodation, and flight tickets for recipients, up to a maximum of € 500 (any additional cost may be discussed).
• Awardees can make their own bookings, and the reimbursement will be based on receipts. No reimbursement can be made without a receipt.

PROCESS AND TIMELINE

• Opening of applications: December 10^th, 2025.
• Deadline: February 13^th, 2026.
• Decision of the organizing committee: March 13^th, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Grants are reserved for candidates submitting an oral communication (regular talk) for the conference. IT IS MANDATORY TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT TO APPLY (with proof of submission).
• Good news: the EFP scientific committee will automatically accept all submitted abstracts (although submissions requesting an oral presentation may be redirected to a poster).
